Hot water part stopped working after one month and I bought the one year warranty but I never got the the email with the warranty

I bought this and then I noticed that that doesn't come with it how am I supposed to get water is no jug comes with it this is ridiculous I thought the picture says the whole thing with the jug to get the water it didn't even come with it I'm so disappointed in this so disappointed

Because I tried to contact the company and the company did not try to contact me. The machine is not getting cold. The water comes out hot. I don't know what's wrong with the hot water on the machine and the cold water is so no I do not recommend no one to get this machine.

Scam
If I could give zero stars, I would. But since that's not possible, this worthless product gets one star. The material is extremely cheap The hot water doesn't even come out from the dispenser as it's supposed to. We contacted the company to return it, and they've done nothing but waste our time with empty promises and excuses. Completely unprofessional. This is a scam — do not waste your money. One star is too generous.

It's doesn't work and I'm out of 110 dollars because Walmart won't take it back even if I bought it from them not happy with Walmart or the manufacturer

This product is awful the water doesn't get cold. The only good thing about is how compact it is . Aside from that I would not recommend it to no one. I'm very unhappy and now I have to go out and buy another water dispenser. Not a good product!

I got a dud
I plugged it in and followed the instructions and the cold or hot fuctions did not work. Also to top that off it is leaking on my floor.
