Really easy to use and does exactly what it's supposed to. The steps are simple to follow, and it cleaned my machine really well. After using it, my coffee tasted better and the machine ran smoother. Definitely worth having to keep everything working properly.

It was a reasonably priced descaler that appeared to work very well. There was a packet of descaling fluid that you added to water to descale the machine and then a K-Cup with cleaner in it to clean the K-cup holder.

I can't find this item! Why do you list it on your website and even ask for a review? I am looking for this item but can't find it anywhere. Was it discontinued?

I like the fact this is an all in one. No more having to mess with vinegar and everything else to descale - which is why our coffee machine died.

I used this to clean our Keurig coffee maker. It cleaned it so well, that it's working like it did when it was new. I 'll be buying it again.

I used on my Keurig classic and did not descale me machine I redid with vinegar and that worked. Solution made my machine go from a slow drip cycle to a total stoppage waste of money.

I went through every step to ensure it would descale my kuerig. I rinsed and flushed as it instructed , but my machine still reads "descale".

Easy to use, but didn't work - descale light is still on. Machine is about 6 months old, light just turned on at time of purchase, and it didn't solve the problem.

The whole cleaning process was very tedious and took forever. My kuerig still says de scale. So I don't even know if it worked.
