Urnex Single Brewer Cleaning Cups

My coffee maker quit making coffee. I felt it just needed a good cleaning. We used these at work to clean our commercial grade coffee machine and they worked. I bought them for the house and ran two through the cycle and haven't had a problem since. They work .

I got the Urnex Cleaning Pods for my Mainstays Single Serve Coffee Maker. Exactly as described. Just put one Cleaning Pod in as you would a coffee pod. Use with the Descaling Solution (with those directions including follow up rinse). I recommend monthly cleaning to keep your coffee tasting its best.

Cleans keurig machine well.

Works so much better than more complicated products with better results

I ordered these pods by mistake as they only clean the distribution cup. I really wanted a product that would descale the machine. I did use 2nd the 5 pods but did not notices and enhanced flavor. I do not recommend this product.

Seems to do its job. Instructions say to run machine twice with the solution in it, and twice during the rinsing with just plain water. I chose to run it double the suggested instruction only because I could still smell the vinegar after just the two runs.

The product arrived in poor shape.

My pods weren't delivered in it's original packaging. Two pods arrived damaged and unusable. I've used the others, but machine continues to display "descale". I've attempted to reset indicator, but it won't reset. That part is on the machine itself. My main issue is the packaging that allowed the product to be damaged.

Pods came loose in a brown cardboard box without instructions. Picture showed them in name branded box; not as pictured. Had to go online to find and print out instructions for use of pods

Why in the world would you put this idea in a mailing envelope . coffee cleaning pods are soft and damaged in the envelope. It doesn't take a rocket science to know that.
