I bought this U.S. Art Supply easel on a whim, fully expecting it to be “fine.” You know — functional, maybe a little wobbly, something I'd tolerate. Instead, this thing showed up like a tiny black aluminum overachiever. It's lightweight in that “did they forget to put something in the box” way, but somehow still sturdy enough to hold my art without doing the cha‑cha across the table. Speaking of tables: I've been using it on my table like a little adjustable throne for my paintings, but it also extends to full height if I ever feel like standing dramatically while I work. Setup took approximately 12 seconds. I've spent more time opening a bag of salad. It folds up neatly, adjusts smoothly, and basically behaves better than most humans I know. If you want an easel that's versatile, reliable, and surprisingly charming, this is the one. Highly recommend. Would buy again. Might even name it.

I like the carrying case that it comes with. the fact that it can extend so you can stand up and paint..only one thing that's not too sturdy and that's the bar that goes across it wiggles a bit... other than that it really is great for the price

it's a decent easel for the price. not sure how its going to hold up while painting. better for displaying.

This easel doesn't fit small canvases and it is not sturdy at all. I bought this for my eleven year old daughter and I'm very disappointed in this product

Very flimsy, no directions on how to put together, doesn't stay together nor stand
