The cardigan is soft, and the tan is a great color. The only issue is its length. If you are taller, the length is borderline too short.

Packaging was Disappointing
I've been a Walmart online customer for quite sometime, and this is the first time I received a Walmart clothing product that came unwrapped and unfolded/crumpled and was simply placed inside a plain (possibly used) plastic bag. Item was okay, but the delivery packaging was disappointing.

Small is NOT small.
I love the sweater, but I ordered online for store pickup, and the sweater, although marked as a small is definitely NOT small. It was WAY too big - seemed like a large. The sweater itself is lovely, just not suitable for my husband or anyone else in my family. The online return feature said this sweater could not be returned. No clear reason given. So, I'm taking it back to the store and will try to return it that way. I do have the original online order printed out, so hopefully that will be sufficient, as I do not have a store receipt. It has never been an issue to do this online, so I was shocked when the "chat" bot couldn't help me.
