U.S. Polo Assn. Women's Heritage Tote Bag, Black

This is a great bag. It's on the larger size, but that's great if that's what you're looking for. I love it! The color is accurate from the websites picture. It looks high-end. At the time of purchase it was on sale $17.82, originally $36.00. What a deal. I recommend.

I love the bag but whoever packed it forgot to take the security tag off of it. I think that I have to go to Walmart to see if Customer Service can help me get the tag removed; otherwise, I will have to figure out how to return it.

This is a beautiful, high quality bag, you will not be disappointed!

The product images looked amazing but I was surprised by the actual tote. I did like the rich color, pebbled look, and semi soft touch of the materials. I found the gold tooling attractive and the size was exactly what I was searching for. However, the product image gave the appearance of a soft tote, but the tote had a thick board inside. This is great because it keeps it standing, but it feels stiff and uncomfortable when wearing it in the crossbody style. The handles don't naturally fall to the side which is inconvenient too. The design is helpful if you have one of those purse organizing inserts because you can pop them in and out with ease. The zipper looks to be a good quality as it glides with ease and hasn't gotten stuck once yet. However, the zipper only covers about 75% of the top, leaving large openings at each end, so if your tote topples over some smaller items can fall out. A friend suggested tucking a compact umbrella or water bottle in the gaps to help block the opening. It's a good idea, but I didn't want the extra weight. Plus, the zipper requires you to keep grabbing the tail to open/close it and then you have to tuck it in again, which gets annoying after a while. Overall, it seems like a good quality tote. BTW, the delivery service was awful this time, but a good product shouldn't get a bad review because of poor shipping services.
