Wonderful
This pan worked just amazingly well. I used the recipe that I seen, that actually advertised this pan. Both recipe and pan were great. I actually had a square sandwich bread, and a sandwich bread that didn't fall apart and crumble as you eat. This is why I love Lehmans!!! Will buy a 2nd pan, as the recipe is for 2 loaves.

I used this for making my sandwich bread and also a French loaf both turned out perfectly… I love that it has a lid so I can let it rise right in the pan

Best Pans I Own
This is the second Pullman Pan I bought because I loved the first one so much. I can make two loaves at a time. The USA brand of baking pans is the best I have ever used. They are sturdy and well made. It is a great brand, and I have many other pans from this company. As I need to replace other pans, I buy the USA brand.
