Arrived before due date, works just as it should. Will probably buy another.

Works fine, isn't loose as others have stated and holds the FitBit in place while hanging from the cord. I ordered 2, one for back-up.

Just got it the other day, appears to work fine. A bit longer than original cord which is nice.

Charging cables are a nuisance, since we have so many devices these days, and they all seem to have a unique charging cable. While I credit Wal-Mart for having an economical replacement on-line that costs half as much as the one off the shelf at Target, I would hope that Wal-Mart would have charging cables in stock next to the $250 devices that they have on the shelves. That being said, the replacement on-line went well, and they were reasonable when I ordered the wrong one by mistake. However, it takes a few days to get a replacement by mail, which isn't much help when your device is down and the charging cable is missing.

The device took a while to get to my house and when I did get it both the usb and part connecting to the fitbit barely hold. It works but falls out easily.

Item does not fit in the Fitbit tightly. It won't charge the Fitbit unless held securely with hands, tape, etc. Seller offered refund and had quick turn around time in email.

This has a silver metal end piece and my old one was black and if I remember correctly, it wasn't metal. It must fit some other models because it could be forced in and get a tiny, brief charge. Too bad because I loved the price. Broke down and ordered one from Fitbit for $20 because they assured me it would fit.
