didn't tell me it wasn't compatible with my laptop. I even did a search for my specific laptop and this populated...now I need to return it

Bought it for a friend and it arrived and didnt work. I dont think his pc was the problem, but we were too lazy to ship it back

Installation is weird because you have to install a driver and it isn't a plug-and-go type of situation. This should be made clear in description. The bigger issue is that the video lags on the TV, making this pretty much useless.

It works, but is SO SLOW...

FedEx delivered my Walmart package (FedEx tracking %23 455091650069, Walmart order %23 200013067326991) to the wrong house. Their posted proof of delivery photo shows a location that is not our home / driveway. I initiated a wrong delivery case with FedEx (case number C-190686885). One week later, an un-named FedEx employee replied "After further research, I confirmed this package was delivered to the correct location and I will be closing the support ticket. I recommend you contact the shipper for alternative options." I know this is not a Walmart issue and believe FedEx is totally responsible for me not receiving my package from you. Is there any way you as their customer can make FedEx give me a refund for my package they lost, please? Thank you very much.
