I'm one of those guys that doesn't read the manual, for THIS VERY REASON...Every time I start playing with my phone, I get a new surprise. I love it!!! Recharges quick, lasts longer battery wise. I knew how to operate it I would have liked to get another Ao5s but the A16 stood out as a new phone and virtually identical to My old Ao5s.

I had heard glowing comments of the Samsung products and as I needed a phone to satisfy my needs with modern applications. I have only had it 10 days and am extremely satisfied and impressed with the ease to operate.

So far it's been great and I thought it may struggle with gaming but it handles it just fine. The build quality is excellent and the screen is extremely clear and bright. I would definitely buy another A series phone as they work so great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the last few years I've tried other brands so when I got this Samsung it was like my soul sighed 'finally, I was so exhausted'. Samsung feels like coming home where you know you are safe and comfortable to just be yourself. It just makes sense.

I just wanted a basic functional phone unlocked so I can change carriers. This phone is a HUGE improvement from my Motorola moto g power! Motorola builds a sturdy phone but offers NO support. This Samsung fills the bill for my needs and has future support and updates from Android. It does goofy stuff sometimes but I'm still in the learning curve. Totally satisfied.

If you try to use it for more non-basic stuff and have multiple apps open you may find it as a bit slow. Good design but can be a bit slippery without a case because it is made of plastic.

Terrible battery life, does NOT even last a day. Must recharge often. Slow to reload content. Phone cannot block spam calls, even with the unknown caller not listed feature is turned on.
