I recently upgraded to the Galaxy S25 Ultra 512GB, and it has genuinely exceeded my expectations in ways I didn't anticipate. As someone who pays close attention to long term performance and real-world usability, this device has impressed me from day one. The design feels premium without being flashy, and the balance in the hand is noticeably better than previous models. The display is on another level bright, sharp, and incredibly smooth. What stood out most to me, though, is the camera system. The improvements in low-light performance, clarity, and zoom stability are very real. Photos come out crisp and natural even when I'm shooting quickly. Performance has been flawless so far. Apps open instantly, multitasking is seamless, and the battery comfortably lasts me through a heavy workday without worry. The extra storage (512GB) was absolutely worth it. I can shoot high-resolution photos and videos without constantly thinking about space. Overall, this is one of those rare products that feels built for the future, not just for right now. I'm looking forward to seeing how it continues to perform over time, and I'd be happy to share more long-term insights if Samsung ever invites me to provide extended feedback. Highly recommended for anyone who wants the best Samsung has to offer.
I purchased this because my inside screen messed up after 45 days on my Galaxy Fold 7 and I didn't want to mess with it so I saw a Black Friday sale and grabbed a 512Gig S25 Ultra and love it!. I previously have had every generation of Ultras from the S23 back to all the Note series and this one doesn't disappoint. I love the fact that it's unlocked and I can join the Beta program. Don't hesitate to get one of these if the price is right because it's an amazing phone!
Replaced S21 with S25 Ultra. I love the phone except it doesnt have the same notification tones that the S21 had. Taking a long time to get used to new tones for text messages, snapchats and other notifications. I dont really like many of the new tones!
I was really worried about getting a phone that said unlocked and it still not working for my carrier since I have Mint Mobile but it worked perfectly. It is much easier that buying at some phone store where u have gimmicks of transferring services or whatever. Came in a few days and works perfect!
I received the phone and noticed a very small white dot on the camera frame, on the ring around the middle camera. It is visible and I'm not happy about it; I was disappointed. The phone was new and I opened the box myself, so I believe this is an issue with the packaging or the finishing. Otherwise, it has been working well so far.
The s25 ultra 512gb is about as refreshed as its going to get without jumping to the s26. Coming from an s23, everything is sharper, more snappy, and just crisp. MY ONLY GRIPE is the S Pen can't take selfies since its not Bluetooth? So if you really like that, avoid the s25.
I just don't see much difference in past phones. I only bought this to get the extra storage. Samsung really lowered themselves when they took away the ability to buy storage with SD cards. Plus I miss the days when you could plug in headphones instead of Bluetooth. Pay attention, because corporations are taking away choices for us.
Forced to upgrade from my Note 9 bc of apps, but I'm not happy with losing a headphone jack, a bluetooth s pen, a fingerprint reader that works on the first try, etc. I was a Samsung fan with the Note series, but I won't be raving about the Galaxy S Ultra.
I love the Galaxy series and I've had 6 Galaxy phones before this one. Only my last 2 have had this issue (23 and 25) where I doesn't automatically capitalize. It's weird because the 23 didn't have that issue the whole time. I also wish you could still change the notification sound for apps, not just specific contacts
Phone works much better than s22 ultra that I had. But is too large to carry around and type. I have never hand a phone that has popped out and dropped on floor this often. Also not sure why n78 band was left out of the US model, makes the travelling experience vert terrible when in India with certain cellphone providers. I would go for other options in future if they exist.
