Received the phone. Tried to activate it twice. Was told both times the phone had been blacklisted. They said it had been reported lost or stolen. Really??? Had to return it to the store which I was not happy about. Will never buy a phone from walmart again!

Terrible.
In a world where flip phones are dwindling away, I would expect the newest flip phones to be MORE user friendly for those who do not use or refuse to learn how to use a smartphone. This phone is garbage. The battery life is terrible. The screen is very difficult for the elderly to understand and operate. I have seen returns of this device left and right and customers absolutely do NOT like it. With switching to new/improved networks and the older devices becoming obsolete, can we at least offer customers something that is NOT a pile of junk? Waste of money and time in my opinion.
