I bought this phone for my son so that he could use Wi-Fi on it. I think I got a broken phone because it refuses to stop dialing customer service but then doesn't allow me to call customer service so every couple minutes a pre-recorded customer service message is being played all as the phone is ringing repeatedly telling me that my phone is not activated yet but there is no way I can call it back without it giving me the exact same pre-recorded message .
