Great quality for the price

I do not like that this phone with the slightest touch to the cheek while talking puts people on hold or mutes the conversation. even when I lock the screen it happens.

The phone is ok but the features on my older lg phone was much better and user friendly. I will not keep this phone for long. The back button does not do anything, at first I thought it was broken but its there just for show I guess. You cant go back to your previous page without completely clicking off of what you are viewing.

Absolute junk. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter - her first cell phone. I was able to activate it and everything without any issue, but since then I have had nothing but trouble. It somehow keeps becoming "unregistered" from the US Cellular network - meaning she could not call or text or use her phone if away from a wi-fi connection at all. After multiple calls, and a couple of fixes, the issue continued to happen. One representative I spoke with stated: "US Cellular doesn't really support LG products" ---- ok cool, then why is this phone being offered as a US Cellular prepaid phone? It's bad enough I've paid for the phone I can't use, but I've also paid for the monthly service plan that I am unable to get back. So frustrating.

Hated this phone! No battery life, kept glitching on several apps. No way to toggle between apps i.e. have Maps open with directions, open Pandora, and POOF! Maps app is gone. Several videos didn't even have a play button on them (previously played on old phone, no problem). Put in SD card with just songs and made me Format the SD card, which lost everything. This also played fine on old phone
