This is a really nice phone in Samsungs more affordable line. Its very fast with almost the same features as the more expensive ones. Amazing phone with a great price tag
I absolutely love my new Samsung A13. The only thing that peeves me a bit is that I feel that I have to have it speaker phone for people to hear me. The regular volume when speaking on the phone seems to be a bit low. However, this may vary from customer to customer depending the volume level that you need during conversations. But all in all, it is well worth it.
Unbelievably strong performance considering the phone was free with a no-commitment prepaid plan. I can do just about anything the flagship phones can, without the expense. Only real downside is the LCD display, aka no true black, but that's totally okay considering the price of the phone.
They were amazing at the store I went to near 71st and Mingo. I was on a tight budget and I told them how much I had and asked what I could do. They succeeded with a little help from your penny phone sale, I walked out very satisfied, Finally having a phone again. Able to save my number, and get a phone.
This phone is great but it's missing some features like a screen recorder as well as a CDMA 2G backup for when LTE isn't available. Thankfully, with this phone they didn't pointlessly remove the headphone jack and SD card like they did with the S series when they decided to copy bad ideas by Apple.
I chose this phone because it is apparently the last Samsung that allows owner-installed memory expansion. I am very disappointed that Samsung no longer allows for battery replacement thereby endorsing "planned obsolescence". With the most recent Samsung models allowing neither battery replacement nor memory expansion, I'm unaware of any features that would recommend Samsung over Apple other than price. That seems like a dumb marketing decision, i.e. copying your main competitor to such a degree that there is no advantage to buying your phone vs. your competitor's. If Samsung maintains this marketing position, I'm certain I will buy an Apple when this phone needs to be replaced.
I like it so much I bought another one 10 days later! Actually I am now upset at my US Cellular partners. Here's why. I've not used or bought an upgrade in recent memory. 9 days after purchase, misfortune: I crushed the phone at work. The day next I went to replace the phone with my favorite US Cellular folks. Well the price went up quite a bit, but I needed phone right? and I like the phone. So, I paid and moved on. I feel he should have sold me the new phone for the same price as 9 days before.
I'm enjoying the phone but still have a lot to learn as far as operating and using all of its functions. Am also adjusting to the new system since I've had my old phone for the 3 generations. But overall I like it and have always preferred Samsung products over all!
The 5G connection is noticeably nicer when not using WiFi to be sure! It's a nice phone & easy to use, but the A-series doesn't seem as nice as the J-series phone I had. From what I've read, the J-series was a true mid-range phone from Samsung and just seemed better thought out in its design as well as better quality display. I miss my J7 Aura, but have big complaints about the A13 5G I guess.
This phone doesn't allow you to connect to devices that work on 2.4ghz. I needed a new phone but this is not a good choice for me.
