Was given a lot of help from a cell phone expert in department. He was really nice and knew exactly how to solve my problem.
Great phone Great price also
I don't really have any pros or cons I haven't had any issues
the phone is great but itvdidnt come with a charger
Amazing item and shipping was so fast
The phone is a great phone. However, when calling US Cellular to activate it, we were told that the phone is "blacklisted." I did ask the US Cellular Representative: "How is a consumer who orders from Wal Mart online going to know which phones are blacklisted by US Cellular so that they can avoid the annoyance of doing a return and then ordering another phone with the possibility of unknowingly getting another blacklisted phone?" I got no clear answer other than to return the phone and call them back.
The phone itself was standard as far as setup and ease of use. The customer service to activate was very poor. This caused the phone to be inuseble for several hours.
the battery runs out super quick. but for the price, its a very decebt phone.
i have never had so much trouble with a phone. i purchased online because of the deal which was a great deal. The trouble with that is the phone was never activated. i assume they seen the purchase and just placed in a box and shipped it without activating. I bought a $50 at%26t card set up my account through at%26t. Tried to call and at%26t said phone not activated take back to retailer. So I did that Walmart didn't know what to do sent me back to at%26t. at%26t referred me back to Walmart. Needless to say its still not activated and im still waiting on Walmart. The battery sucks doesn't last longer then a few hours if constantly using. pictures ok not the best.
It was marked as blacklisted and stolen when it was being activated
