UScellular TCL Ion Z 32GB, Black Prepaid Smartphone

I haven't opened them yet. They are Christmas presents for my two grandchildren ages five and seven. I hope they will be pleased. It's just for them to play games on and I hope they work.

This phone company sucks they don't tell you that you have to buy a plan to use it I got this phone for my 7year old to play games on WiFi and I can't use the phone because they have a block on the phone I said ok I'll buy a plan to get the block off they say they can't give me a plan cause it's not in my area I should just return it

I can't activate it because the product was not in stock when I ordered it, so I had it shipped to my house instead, but since the barcodes were never scanned it was blacklisted!!!

it was put on a blacklist due to my failure to activate and register phone, now i am having issues with activating phone and add to my current cell phone account

I legit hate this phone, I hate the company, US Cellular they make you have to buy a plan. like who does that if I'm just buying the phone I want to do what I want to with the phone then I talked to three different Representatives that tell me three different things!!!! also they open an hour later than what it says on the answering machine.my phone is restriction for days I wish I could return this i will never never get a US Cellular phone ever... I don't even know what made me think to even buy a uscellular phone I am disappointed in myself...

Got on may 4th, it's July 5th. Phone has been acting up for 2 weeks. Once screen lock engages, it won't work. You have to turn off and back on every time. As of today, the screen is black but is back-lit. The phone hasn't been mistreated. The phone is as bad as the customer service/billing depth. Uscelluar can't get their heads out of their own butts...

The phone when I tried to activate it ,I got a msg the phone was black listed, us cellular told me to take the phone back . Wow,crazy,caused a lot of stress ,for me.

I bought this phone to work with my drone controllers. I don't want it as a phone. I don't need it as a phone. Nobody informed me or it wasn't the information given that it required a $25 activation fee. It's ridiculous.

I got this phone to keep my measurements and order numbers etc. for work but since I didn't activate service with us cellular they locked me out of the phone.

so after buying online for my daughter she plays on it with WiFi a few days before it locks up saying buy a phone card. didn't know i absolutely had to inorder to to work the phone
