On the grill or stovetop
This reversible griddle/flat top is perfect. I use it on my grill and vegetables don't fall through and the stove top I've made a full breakfast on the reverse side; eggs, sausage, and toast. Easy clean up.

This was a gift for my granddaughter! I have one like this and she requested one for her birthday. I love that we can cook meat on one end of the griddle and veggies on the other.

Cast iron grill for the kitchen.
It's a bit shallow, so be careful when using any items with lots of fat. Otherwise; nothing sticks, plenty of room and easy cleanup.
