When I first started taking this I was skeptical about it working, but was pleasantly surprised when I finally started having regular bowl movements without the extreme diarrhea or constant constipation. It wasn't until I ran out for a few days that I really realized the level of improvement it had really made.
Although I didn't use this product myself, my husband used it and he buys it every month now and it really helps his stomach. He has a lot of issues with his stomach and he has told me it has relaxed it and calmed it. So I do recommend this product
help's with my IBS definitely recommend if you are dealing with the problem..

It doesn't seem to be working and the instructions aren't very clear. Do I take it with each meal or one time a day with a meal? maybe that's why it's not working because I'm not sure how to take it.
