It is basically brand new. Worth the price, the watch is fully functional. If you need to update it then it will take a while. There are minor scratches, it does not come with a charger block so you will have to get one yourself. It comes with the charger cord which I have to say is basically also brand new. This watch's screen has no scratches. The only “problem” I would say is that it does not come in it's original box so don't get hyped for that. Otherwise, it's amazing!

I am so happy with this purchase. It arrived exactly as described. Watch works great. I purchased the extended coverage for a great price to cover my bases since it is a refurbished product. Very satisfied.

We bought these to track our kids, however the battery life has significantly decreased. It used to last a full 8-10 hours but now we barely can get 5 hours out of it. We have only had them for less then 6 months.

Looks good and fast shipping, although it will not hold a charge. It continuously shuts down and when turned back on only has 10% battery life. Returning!

Broke band screen scrached up

The battery life is horrendous. The watch doesn't last more than a couple hours before dying. I turned off power draining features like “always on” and adjusted screen sleep settings but the watch still doesn't last until lunch. I spent so much time trying to fix this watch that I have missed the return timeframe and am now stuck with this defective watch. Don't waste your money on this.

It doesn't work

Item shooed working the screen went black for no reason. I can feel notification vibrations but now visuals.
