Used Philips DVP3340V DVD/VCR 4 Head Player Combo with Remote, Manual, A/V Cables and HDMI Converter

I got this dvd/vcr player in the middle of the night because the one I had died in the middle of a movie. So went and bought this one about 3 hrs later. I love it. The minute I hooked it up everything came one and the picture and everything was better than the one I had. What I really love about it is that you don't have to turn it on the get everything to work. I was in shock when I found that out. It goes with all my other Philips products. I have home theater and it really adds to it.

DVD/VCR arrived broken. The cover for the VHS tapes was broken off and was inside the machine. Company is blaming UPS. The box that the machine came in was not damaged. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Tried to call their damage claim and it took four days to get a response.

The package did not have a manual, hdmi converter, or original remote. I will return.

This unit only records DVD to VHS not the other way around like my old one. Great picture on both DVD and VHS but not what I wanted so I'm returning it.

If you either (1) subscribe to digital cable or a satalite system (such as direcTV or Dish Network) or (2) simply want to watch your VHS tapes and DVD's and are not interested in recording programs, then you'll love this. However, if you are on regular cable, and want to record your favorite TV shows, then this is not the machine for you. There are no cable inputs and the only way you can record is through the RCA jacks on the back and front which means you need a cable box of some sort to do so. Other than that, you'll enjoy this system with it's stereo sound and sharp picture.

item NOT AS DESCRIBED by seller. Seller contacted told me to return item which I did. Return received by seller 1/25/23 it is now 2/14/23 - NO REFUND

Did not get manual nor the proper remote and NO HDMI CONVERTER. Calling REMIC was worthless as there phone number only allows for messages

This little unit plays DVD and MP3 better than my $500 Sony player. And it has the VHS player so at least some of those items not on DVD can still entertain or at least before you toss the tapes, you can see what's on them.

Tried hookup and it didn't work

Delivered on time, fair price, wrapped well, as described, all functioning.
