Best spice for cooking
I wasn't sure of this spice in the beginning. A friend who is an excellent cook recommended. I finally tried it when making Udon noodles and I couldn't believe how much subtle but excellent flavor it added. I then decided to try when I marinated some chicken for grilling. My husband said never has the chicken been better. It is a wonderful spice that adds many levels of flavor to different dishes
