Good but needs some redesign
Does exactly what i needed it for. HOT HOT days working out side. Half bag iced then filled rest up, lasted hours. No leaks or weird plastic taste. Only needs redesigned with longer adjustable straps. Made for some one average size, not higher weight or big shoulder. Think construction, road crew etc.

The backpack itself is absolutely great, but it does not come with the actual water pack for inside. Has tons of pockets would not recommend for any festival is great for hiking.

Great fit
Fits great got it for the wife she's loves it better than wearing a fanny pack. Holds everything she needs. Uses it for running.

Great fit and doesn't move around. Love having multiple pockets on the shoulder strap for phone, money, keys.... Plus it fits a 3L bladder so I stay hydrated.

it's definitely made for a small person or young adult, of which I am neither. But I love the color and the mechanics of it so I still give it 5 stars.

It's awesome I really needed it!
It's not a perfect design. There is definitely room for improvement. Like a dedicated slit for the hose to go through. I'm running it out the top zipper. They use a bungee material for the second chest strap and I'd prefer it to be like the other to help the bag stay on my shoulders. I love the whistle!!! I wish it had a dedicated easy access yet secure phone pocket but that one is just me being extra. It gets the job done. And I do love it. I haven't tried it at night yet. So I can't speak on the reflectors. Yet. That'll be more fall and winter use. But yeah. It get the job done.

Good item, missing the water pack.
Looks good, feels good, but i am sad it didn't come with a hydration bladder.....it is a hydration pack after all.
