Old-fashioned goodness in every barrel. Brings back the good old days when you sat at a soda fountain counter and ordered a milk shake and a selected a pretzel rod or two to create the perfect combo of sweet %26 salty. YUM!
Utz are my favorite pretzel sticks. They come a little “well done” and are always crunchy like I like them. At Christmas, we dipped them into melted chocolate which was a treat as well. They don’t seem to sell them in the stores, but Walmart delivers them the next day.
I got these for my 94 year old grandpa who is a snack monster. He eats through everything in the house, day and night. I knew he was growing tired of devouring bag after bag of chips, so I got these because I knew he likes them too and hadn't had any in a long time. He was thrilled. The salt seasoning level is perfect. They are not spicy so he can eat a bunch at a time if he chooses. These are also a great snack when his great grand kids come to visit because they can just grab one an go.
I run a small dipped treats business and offer chocolate covered pretzels on the menu. These are THE ONLY pretzels I will use. I can't speak for them being shipped, cuz I order from the store for pick up always, but rarely are there broken pretzels and if there are the most I've ever had was 3 broken. They are the only brand I've found to be consistently straight, no curved pretzels. and they are delicious to boot! Utz is the only brand for me and my business
i love utz pretzel rods.. How ever, the shipping is not great.. the seal wrap was on lid and lid was off and the whole container of pretzel rods was filled with road dirt and dust and what ever else during shipping.. boo.. bummer... sad... no pretzels..
Love these for a couple reasons , , , Great Snack , , , Good for what 'ail's you , , ,. Great for an 'upset' stomach , , , Just a few or so with 'Double' Bags of Hot, Strong, (bitter) Black Tea, and you should feel a bit better , , , (They absorb all the 'Nasty' in your belly )
If you're planning on using these for dipped treats, don't. Or go in store and purchase yourself. I ordered two for delivery and literally half of each container was broken in half or smaller pieces. I had to go buy two more to even have enough.
If they have enough salt I would recommend them. I have got them with a lot of salt then hardly any salt. I would like to buy them in the store so I can check the salt on them but I can only get them delivered. Probably not going to get them again but if you don't care about saltiness then go for them.
The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is that more than half of the pretzel rods were broken. It looked like someone played kick ball with the container before putting them in my bag. I was still able to make the treats I wanted to make and the grandkids at the broken ones.
I do not blame Utz for the issie with the product, as i have enjoyed their pretzels and party mixes before however, Walmart does not store products properly and they sell things too close to expiration date so items often nit fresh . Additionally , this product was not properly sealed
