CRUMBLY
THE PRETZEL CRUMBS WERE DELICIOUS BUT I PREFER THEM WHOLE. ONLY ONE PRETZEL SURVIVED THE DELIVERY. ALL OTHERS WERE CRUSHED (POOR THINGS).

A disgrace for the other pretzels made from Utz
These need some work. When you see this size pretzel it craves the salt. All the salt is at the bottom of the bag and not on the pretzel at all. I was very disappointed with these. I consider myself a pro over a good pretzel and a not good pretzel. The rods that utz makes are the bomb and I guess that's why these are so disappointing. Will not purchase these again.

crushed pretzels
these pretzels were completely crushed broken almost to the point of powder this is the second one I thought I trying again and just to make sure it was a one time event but apparently not this bag was crushing pieces too! Definitely will NOT buy again for sure!

A shame you use bait and switch!
What is shone as a nice product that's pictured in your advertisement is not what you send to your customers because it's being mailed out your quality control doesn't care about your customers! You show a product that in the proper form, however, was mailed to the customer is the broken stuff that should've been thrown away! As you can see you by the two photos, there's a vast difference between them!

Like munching on gravel
These pretzels are horrible. They have no taste and very little salt. It's like munching on gravel. Will not but again.

I ordered Rod Pretzels in a plastic jar for $11. I received a 14oz. bag of totally broken pretzels, with a tag of $4.59. Really?!?!?!
