UV Sterilizer Reverse Osmosis System, SimPure Tankless RO Under Sink Water Filter System, 8 Stage | NSF/ANSI 58 Certified | 400 GPD | BPA Free | Near 0 TDS | 1.5:1 Pure to Drain | WP2 UV

Very poor customer service I should have not brought this 3 extra cto filters if only they included that in the 2 year filter replacement package . My mistake is I didn't check it prior to installing them after 8 months when I brought it and only to realize that they only put put 1 cto filter just for the unit after 6 months.I coordinated with them but they said it's out of warranty. Its much better to look for some other products that will take care their customers whenever there is an issue. Very bad customer service.

Everything works perfect, its just slow. It takes 30-35 seconds to fill a 16 oz water bottle. A faster pump would make all the difference in the world.

I initially gave this filter a bad rating. Turns out it's a great filter. Before I figured out what was happening, my well pump went bad, fell to the bottom of the well, and poured more silt into the water line than this thing could cope with. Now with a new well pump, not sitting in the silt at the bottom of the well, this filter works great.

This was not difficult to install, I was able to do it myself. We do not have a refrigerator that dispenses water so this was a great option for us. We filter the water and keep a container in the refrigerator so we have fresh cold drinking water.

I bought this for filtering at my house, because the water is very dirty and after buying this device my water is clear again! for very easy installation

We could not use it because we had a split copper line that wouldn't connect to this one. I sure wish we could've used it! Very well made and looks sleek. Couldn't believe how well made it was for the cost!

I bought this, because the drains in our house are very clogged and often don't work, and after using this tool the water is very fast and clean! because the shape is very small and slender recommend for buy!

So far it's been two weeks and I am satisfied. Easy to install it came with everything I needed. No need to call a plumber. And my water that is usually fishy tasting is better than bottled water.

Great filter if you live in an apartment or rental if a whole house filtration system can't be put in!

I should have took some pictures before the install, we were just excited and really wanted to see it working. We love this device, before, we had one of those water filters you install on your faucet, it worked, but it was ugly and filters weren't cheap and didn't last long. We were getting a new Kitchen faucet so, this was the perfect time to try something like this out. The filter last a year, probably more. All cold water is filtered and clean, taste great too. The filter was really easy to install and the directions were fine, it probably only would have taken 5 mins to install if we weren't installing a new faucet at the same time. I highly recommend this device for anyone looking for a simple solution for great tasting water for your sink and your fridge.
