This phone looks great. Unfortunately the stupid FedEx driver delivered it to the WRONG ADDRESS. The SELLER WAS GREAT!! They shipped it IMMEDIATELY for me. I was so excited to get my new phone. I called FedEx so they can reprimand the driver. As soon as they find my phone I will definitely update this review.

what a wonderful thing to have in my household when the electric goes off the portables will not work and if the cell phone is used up as far as the battery goes there's no way to charge it but all I got to do with this phone is pick up the handle and I can have a conversation it gives me good peace of mind

This was to replace a previous phone that felt heavier and more durable. Love the lighted buttons. Volume of ringer is very loud, even on low. I personally didn't care for that. But I can live with it. Plastic feels cheaper and less grippy than the phone it replaced, but that phone was 21 years old, a different brand, and let's face it, things were made to last longer back then. In spite of everything, overall I'm satisfied with it.
