Sewing Pins With Flat Button Heads.
I like using this product. The pins are longer and the pin heads are a lot easier to pick up.

Pins are flimsey
These pins are not near as strong as they were years ago. They bend easily. Not good when you are pinning several layers of fabric.

I do not know how these got a 5 star rating. Cheap, bend easily and not sharp at all. Waste of my money.
