The needles are beautiful, and I'll keep them, but they did not suit my purpose. They were described as, “for hand sewing” , and I assumed that meant for any type of hand sewing. However, I needed needles to hem my blue jeans and these weren't suitable. They were not “pointed” at the end. The ends were blunt, and I can't use them for everyday sewing. I believe they are more suitable for embroidering, but just my guess as I'm not a seamstress.

They are excellent for sewing any fabric.

When I opened the shipping package, I found the manufacturer cellophane package from China had a warning on it that using it could cause cancer and harm reproductive health. Therefore I am afraid to open it. I would like to return it unopened and request a refund.

I called and cancelled this order shortly after it was made. Two days. They assured me it would be cancelled. It was never cancelled although it took more that two weeks to deliver packages to wrong address.
