We are very happy with this tv! It has so many free stations using the installed Pluto (internet service required). This tv was so easy to get started on and all the apps like Netflix, Prime and more set up with ease as long as you remember your passwords. The remote makes it easy to navigate through to all the different sections. We have always loved our past Vizio TVs and this is no exception! Great deal too!
Unbelievable price for a Vizio 65 inch TV , only $458 delivered! Mounted TV on Patio wall replacing a 33 inch Vizio TV and looks beautiful! Can now watch TV anywhere from Pool or patio area! Happy with the picture quality so far! Only small complaint is that the remote has very few features!
Smartcast, oh smartcast. my PC loves you. Want to stream movie from pc? sure, want to steam duplicate screen of pc? sure! want to stream a game you're playing on pc? SURE! all wireless, over wifi, with no setup of any kind, just turn on tv and click button on your browser. Such awesome tv, for price you cant beat it, and price is not even a factor here, remote control is great, actually looks like tv remote not like tiny weird roku remote 120ghz refresh rate, 4k resolution. You get a high tier tv for fraction of high tier tv price. VIZIO you have done fantastic job
I did a lot or research before buying my this TV. I bought both a 43" and 50" model so I'll end up just posting the same review for both. The TV is good especially for the price. But it does lack some features that SOME users would absolutely want but it's not a deal breaker or would matter at all to some users(Apple TV). I think it looks great. especially after you mess with the display settings in depth. I wanted this for just casual viewing and casual gaming, but I'm very picky and want the VERY best. I just have no reason to buy a high end $1000. This TV is good enough and a casual viewer or even "enthusiast" will be happy with this TV. I will say it sucks that you can't delete apps off this TV and it also doesn't have a Youtube button on the remote. some of the apps and button shortcuts on the remote make it feel cheap. With that being said. This is probably THE BEST TV in it's class which is budget level. It turns on instantly. You have Air Play which is awesome. The big thing this TV is lacking is Apple TV built in. I have a Samsung TV in this price range in one of my guest rooms and having Apple TV is awesome. With that being said I already have 2 free standing Apple TV's so I didnt mind that it's lacking. Again, This TV looks sounds, and is great. It has a premium feel without the price.
I am very happy with my purchase whenever I am able to watch TV but practically every other day the apps either freeze or tells me it cant connect to the network and it wont work even after logging out and logging back in so I end up having to physically get up to unplug the tv for a few seconds so it resets itself and I am able to watch TV again. A HUGE inconvenience when I am super comfortable or holding the baby and cant move
I opened the box, inspected the tv. Everything looked great. I had to have help hanging it. I paid to have it hung through Walmart. I asked the man if we should turn it on before he hung it. He said it was fine, we didn't need to, everything looked good. Well... he hung it and when he turned it on, the screen was shattered! See pictures. You can't tell until you turn it on.
I returned the TV. The picture was not as good as my E series Vizio TV. I tryed and tryed to adjust the Brightness and contrast but just would not adjust to my liking. The picture was bright and the blacks were dark but contrast just did not adjust to my liking. There could have been a problem with the tv that i had. I did call Vizio and they tryed to help, They were very nice and really tryed to help. Returning a 70 inch tv is not fun. I went back to my old 55 inch vizio for now. I may shop around for a E series in a 70 inch if they make it.
I purchased this during the virus pandemic as a gift for Mom. It was through Walmart, shipped by FedEx. Side note: It took months for the TV stand to arrive because of the pandemic so we couldn't safely set it up yet. Once the stand arrived and we set it up for Mom, there were crackled, starburst looking things across the screen. Picture included. Because it had been several months since purchase, Walmart wouldn't exchange it and to top it off Vizio refuses to make good on the warranty.
DO NOT BUY!! While watching tv the screen flickers to the home screen. I constantly have to unplug and reset the tv. Vizio customer service is absolutely no help at all!!! They also don't honor their manufacturer's warranty!! Save your money!! This is a new replacement model for the first one that defected as well!! I purchased the tv in September, returned it a few days after. Received a replacement on October 2, and started having defects on the 9th!!! I also purchased a protection plan, only to find out that software defects are not covered!!!
If I could give zero stars - I would. I have 4 other vizio TVs that I've had great experiences with. This TV died after 9 months and Walmart and Vizio won't help AT ALL. Vizio offered to replace with a refurbished TV (NOT what I paid $550 for). So utterly disappointed.
