If you grew up thinking V8 only made salty tomato juice like I did, this Strawberry Banana blend will absolutely blow your mind. It's thick, smooth, and tastes more like a premium smoothie than a "health drink." It's an easy, guilt-free way to get your nutrients when you're too busy to chop up a salad or blend a fresh smoothie.
Most juices are a little strong for me so I dilute this with an herb tea, my husband and daughter drinks it straight. The sugar is also a little sweet for my taste but again my husband and daughter love it. It does help to give a pit of a kick start to our morning or a sluggish afternoon. We always like juices for the vitamin C and other vitamins as well. The prompt show pomegranate but there is none in this drink, sorry. This is a great little pick-me-up when you need it, or to make snakes stretch.
Please carry this again, instead you energy one, which ebt will not cover and I don't want energy juice, coffee is just fine. The berry bliss has 2 vegetables and 2 fruits. Better for me.
I like the flavor and the taste is great. If you are trying to go with a healthy (no candy bar) snack at work or home, this is a good way to start. A 'just right' sweet version of a 'greens juice'. I purchased this V8 Deliciously Green before and ordered again. I recommend. Happy New Year and get that diet started. TY.
Love these little V8 Deliciously Green juice drinks. Not as healthy as fresh or cold-pressed but I like to keep these on hand for getting in some extra greens %26 fruit...best when chilled or over ice. Taste is very balanced, not too sweet and not bitter which I happen to like. Easy to drink. I frequently interment fast and these are great for breaking my fast.
We have never had the fruit %26 vegetable V-8 juice before (somehow it just didn't sound like a good mix), but I thought I would try it since we really like the Spicy V-8 Veggie juice. Well, it is very good, the first taste was kind of interesting - fruit taste %26 then a veggie aftertaste, hmmm. After a few sips, it grew on me %26 I really enjoy it - less calories that other fruit juices or drinks %26 it pure fruits %26 veggies.
Good product; I try to keep it on hand. It is, however NEVER on any store shelf. It must be shipped, which raises the price and lowers convenience. I do not purchase this or any other in a large plastic bottle as they just end in landfills or oceans. Cans are more recyclable and fit more easily in the refrigerator. Unopened cans do not get funky as large jugs do.
This juice claims to be Gluten free, but it definitely isn't. I was ill for 3 days after drinking. If you are a Celiac do not use this juice. It must have gluten or cross-contamination of gluten. I would recommend to those who are not gluten sensitive or have Celiac disease. Others beware.
It may have been the wrong flavor for us, or maybe canned juice just isn't our thing, but my grandkids didn't care for the taste of this. I tried it and had to agree. On the plus side, it wasn't gaggy sweet like many of the drinks that model themselves after Kool-Aid, but it was an odd blend of tastes, almost like chewing a kids multivitamin, that we didn't find appealing. I may try another flavor in the future, the cans were handy
One of the packs is spoiled, leaked all over the floor when open foul order and mold on one of the cans.
