Really great steamer. It works well. But it is a little heavy for my elderly parents to use so they mainly use it as a steam iron.
Very happy with the product.
Bought this to replace another steamer. The vacuum feature definitely helps get wrinkles out, but it works better on the shirt front and back than on the sleeves. The padded collar on the front can also come off if you aren't a little careful. Overall I think this works well, but it's not magic.
Heat-up time is fast and ease of use.
