It is easy to use. Use before bedtime and let it work while you sleep. It does help with some urinary concerns.

Does what it says it's supposed to do. Just wish there were more in the package for the price and the packaging is hard to open only drawback.

Works really well
Sometimes one has to build up the flora again after taking antibiotics or just for strengthening the flora to fight UTIs. These VagiBiom Vaginal Urinary Support Probiotic Suppositories work really well and are easy to use. Most of the time 1x using them is enough. They could come out of the packaging a bit better though. The company also offers another version, but this one is better and you get twice as many suppositories for your money. I recommend keeping them in the fridge.

Great product and does what it says will. Helps with odor with menopause and dryness along with better overall vaginal health less UTI's because of prebiotic and prebiotics. AWESOME LOVE IT!
