DO NOT BUY! BEWARE! This unit is poorly made and the instructions are poor. HORRIBLE customer service and they do not stand by their product. We made several attempts to install the unit and found out that it wont even pass basic code and an inspection is required in our state even for free standing for the drain connection. The drain is only a 1.5 flimsy flex pipe that is custom to the unit and cannot just be swapped out for something up to code (which would also void the warranty). We were given just a video, no PDF of instructions/components and the video was out of date for the unit we purchased so the parts and instructions were not accurate. We ran into other issues prior to discovering that this unit could not be installed due to not meeting basic code. The railing for the glass did not have holes drilled where they should. They were off by .75 and were highly visible. We attempted multiple times to get this fixed and a new component mailed and it took them 2 weeks to agree to mail it and another 30 days to mail a new railing which is ridiculous. They told us to drill new holes instead. The existing holes were in a highly visible area right at eye level. They are not standing by their product, warranty or customer satisfaction. The unit has not been used and in the original form. They are refusing to work with me and return it.

This unit is garbage. Leaked and flooded my house and customer service is useless. No installation instructions. Absolutely will never buy anything from this company again.
