Valentine's Day Assorted Dozen Roses with Vase, Colors May Vary

I initially ordered another flower item but it was substituted for 12 red roses which I was ok with but instead I received 12 yellow roses that are wilted and barely alive and the vase was damaged at the bottom so the water leaked out everywhere in my car and barely had any water in the vase. Also, the rose paper in came in was damaged and had a very visible piece missing/torn at the bottom. I'm not sure why my personal shopper thought that this would be ok to substitute with as it's very poor quality and embarrassing to gift. I did try to get refund but unfortunately I don't have time to go back up there and return these embarrassing flowers so it is what it is. Overall, extremely disappointed and a waste of money.

The recipient of the flowers said they arrived practically already wilted and not fresh. I originally ordered a different bouquet but last minute was informed that is was out of stock and to choose an alternative. This bouquet was the alternative and she said it did not look good. It was delivered at 8:30am.

DO NOT BUY. They Appear decent flowers, but when I got closer to peel off a dead leaf the entire rose collapsed into this brown goo, it Was Disgusting. I've never seen long stem rises be rotten from the middle outwards, so you can't tell they're bad when you buy them!!! JUST DON'T!!

this is not what I ordered this was a substitute. Ya'll could have let me know that the flowers I wanted were not available I payed a lot and didn't get a refund. I will no longer order on line from Walmart.

Flowers were delivered from store, dead. Absolutely unbelievable that the product in that condition would even be sold. Definitely a product that would need to be purchased in person, rather than having it delivered. Extremely disappointed

Ordered Pic %231, promised a substitute Pict %232, and got the Pict %233. The substitute flowers should be red, but is yellow, and look like a week old. The substitution was not approved.

the flowers I received were not the ones I ordered and the substitute were already bloomed and looked like they are not going to last the day. I'm very disappointed and would like a refund of my flowers

Roses were subpar.most of the petals were in the bottom of the bag. Delivery person didn't put the items where I requested.the whole thing was a mess . I don't have pictures because I threw them out of

Buy a dozen roses and half of them are almost dead or dead. Then the next day 2 more. Not a great gift for an out of town person. I had these delivered to someone.

The flowers were moldy and dead. One of the tops fell off when it was touched. Very disappointing. There was only 2 or three that looked ok. I am glad a refund was given to my husband for this purchase. It was a gift from him for Valentines Day.
