Great way to help calm down from a busy or stressful day or something happening that's raising your blood pressure! Also a nice way to help an individual fall asleep.

I like having a bottle on the shelf. Like even more that it is release. IT took about 15-20 minutes for me to noice it was working. My muscles were very tense , and I wanted to see how long it took to have an affect on me; so, I was very diligent on how my body reacted. I use valerian root occasionally as needed ,helps with falling and staying asleep as well as during the day to take the edge off of anxiety. This brand works for me and I will purchase it again

I had been having trouble getting to sleep lately and I remembered valerian from when I was younger and had to work nights and sleep days. I decided to try it out again and maybe it's because I'm an old man now or this brand is very good but I've been sleeping like a baby. I would highly recommend these if you have anxiety or just need sleep. Nobody tells you this but valerian is also good for depression if you tolerate them well and can take them for a few days in a row.

These work almost as well as Ambien.

For me, valerian root acts as a natural muscle relaxer. These came at a decent price and they worked well for me the first time I tried them last night. My shoulders are less tight this morning. I don't know if they work this way for everyone, but this is a significant dose and seems to work well.

Piping Rock Valerian Root has extra additives which iI would prefer not to have in my product. That being said, it smells like good valerian and valerian makes me drowsy in about a half hour. It helps me sleep longer without waking up and leaves me refreshed in the morning.
