makes a great bedtime tea
it would be nice to have directions on how much i should use. but worth the money, i beleive.
The chunks broke my coffee grinder after 1 use. Item also does not look as pictured. As another reviewer stated 'item looks like rocks of mud' I would agree. Will NOT buy again.
too thick and hard to cut to use for tea it destroyed the food processor and the grinder that I tried to use to chop these roots
Not really sure exactly what this substance was. It was not like any other valerian root herbal tea that I have ever seen. It was more like dried clods of mud, than anything else. I was not prepared to even try it, considering the aforementioned. Would not recommend at all. Go elsewhere for valerian root. End of story for this product.
it's nothing like the one in the picture. It comes in big junky, rock hard root fragments, that can't be ground in s coffee grinder. what am I supposed to do with that?
