This memory foam pillow is very comfortable and has improved my sleep. I sleep mostly on my sides and this pillow provides the proper support. It comes in a silky pillow case. The only thing that I don't love is when I lay on my back because I feel like it's too thick for back laying position but I still think it's a great pillow and comparable to very pricey pillows I have used in the past.
