Valspar 028.0071000.008 Interior Silver Flat Pail Paint, White

It seems to use less paint and definitely less coats so I was very pleased that it cut painting time in at least half.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This worked well and covered my wall in a single coat, although I did use two coats for durability. It went on smoothly and has a nice sheen to it. It cleaned up easily and was easy to apply on my walls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a Do-it-yourself painter and I have painted 3 rooms before so still a beginner but I found this easy to use and had good coverage. First coat was dry in about 30 min approximately and we did our second coat 6 hours later. turned out so pretty once it was done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Valspar pro hide silver 5000 indoor paint goes on excellent and covers great. Didn't have any problems with covering grey walls with my eggshell color. Easy to wipe down and looks nice on my walls. Will buy again next time I paint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The paint was amazing it covered my bathroom amazing I previously had a teal paint. With the Valspar paint it took two coats but the paint was fully covered and you can't even tell that there was teal paint under definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The paint is easy to apply to walls. Ready mix color in light grey is very light . I would say it is white with a hint of gray. Brighten up any room with this paint. It is not shiny at all, matte finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Valspar® Pro-Hide® Silver 5000 Interior Paint seems to cover good. I like that it dries in 30 mins. I also like that you can paint multiple things beside drywall with it. like wood plaster and metals. It does seem like it takes more then other paints I have used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Valspar has a couple of economy paint lines that are used by a lot of rental companies. Those lines are thin, watery, and dont cover well. This is about 3rd from the bottom in terms of economy paints. Ive painted for around 12 years now and have used a variety of paints. I found the Silver 5000 to be thicker than the Valspar 2000 & 4000 lines but not as good as the Ultra. If you are short on cash and have time to do 3 or more coats than it is a great product for you. I personally value my time too much to fool with the 5000 again. I personally love the signature series for personal products but use Ultra in my rentals.
