I felt the quality was excellent, was much better than the one it replaced. It was a two hole and the old one a three hole and so it was not an exact replacement and I knew this when I bought it. It worked much better than the old one, feels well built and pumped well and a good volume of water. It was the best one I found of this type and WM had the best price and I received it very quickly. I was actually surprised that is was something that WM had but am glad they did.
Installation was simple. Fit was same as original except the length of the outlet tube was slightly shorter, but not a problem .
Nice chrome...seems to work well.
Pump installed easily, primed and pumped as expected. Better volume than the original (32 years old) replaced in a popup pickup camper. Holds prime for days as tested when in up position. Good product.
My 1975 hand pump faucet broke and had to be replaced. This easily did the job and looks and works fabulous!
Easy to install and very durable adaptable to any water tank.
Replaced OEM pump on sailboat with this remarkable pump! Though itâs plastic and feels less substantial you wonât be pumping uselessly to get water as it pumps water with one pump, not the work out the OEM unit was. Great price too!
internal parts made cheep....last for less than 8months...
This is the second Valterra pump I have purchased to replace an original pump in my vintage camper. The first one started leaking around the housing after only a few years of occasional use. It seems to be a design flaw. Unfortunately this seems to be the only affordable option for pumps. This second one failed to lock in the primed position. Will be returning. Marine pumps are available if you can find one but the cost is a bit prohibitive. We are going to try to repair the first pump.
It leaked the first time I used it. Crack in pump lever housing.
