The seller shipped quickly and followed my delivery instructions. The device itself is a great way for me to play games. I can't see on a laptop. It's a lot bigger than I thought it would be. Really enjoying it. A smooth experience.

The graphics are great and amount of games you can play is extensive was a good buy only wish it wasn't so expensive

after ordering i found several higher memory higher quality screen sytems for cheaper than this one. however it really is an amazing gaming system and since owning one i will never not have one.

When I ordered this, it was supposed to have been a terabyte five gigs 500 gigs doesn't hold much and I can't format an SD card on it

Poor packaging for how much you're paying. The actual deck that is supposedly “new” doesn't even have a plastic protector on screen…that contained fingerprints that aren't mine…. I'm just relieved I got one for son. It'll be up to him if we'll be keeping it or returning. Definitely never buying from seller again.

*Incorrect Listing. -Add says you will receive five items: Handheld Gaming Console, Carry Case, Sleeve, Ear Phone, Game Controller, USB Docking Station. For $1,000.00 I expect everything listed in the add. When I reached out because I only received the Console, the case, and the charger they were only difficult and offered zero help. Told me to return the item - I want a refund or the items listed in the description.. *Also claimed it to be a "new" console but when I added my paypal information to the console it already had someone elses information in the system. I would recommend shopping elsewhere. Hopefully they resolve this issue but I Expect a full refund of the items listed in the add I purchased.
