It definitely is not what I expected. It only has about 42 GB. I had to buy a SD Card because it didn't come with one and the charger won't work in the USA because it's a European Plug. Walmart took care of that because Global Gaming refused to replace it. I could've spent the money on truck or bike parts and been happier.

Not as described at all
It came with a plug that doesn't fit the United States outlets and also didn't come with any of the extra accessories that it says it comes with very disappointing and when I reached out to customer service they wouldn't do anything to make it right. Spend the extra and buy somewhere else

lies and deciet on this device
sent the wrong device and was still charged for this device! the device sent was only 62 gb memory, uk charger, no case and no screen protector! customer service was no help because the seller is a 3rd party they allow to use their website!!! promised a new device to be told a week later that information was unture and i had to do a refund. here i am 2 weeks later and no refund! disgusting

seller tried to scam me with wrong product
recieved the wrong product, i imagine it was purposeful on the part of the seller, i ordered the 512gb version and was sent the 64gb version with a European power plug

Very disappointed
I ordered this and it didn't come with the protective case or screen protector and it doesn't have 512 GB of storage. The charger it came with was also made for the UK. Very disappointing.

The steam deck i received was not 512 gb but 46. So now i have to make an additional purchase for expanded storage.
