Van Der Hagen Shave Soap, 3.5 oz

This is a fantastic product. It lathers well, and provides excellent lubricating for the blade. Perhaps the best feature is the plastic container that eliminates the need for a shaving mug. This is a great feature because it greatly reduces waste that would have to be rinsed out of the shave mug.

This smells nice and lathers well. It may be a little more [than foam] up front, but seems to moisturize better and might go further.

Great shave soap! This works so much better than any aerosol or tube shave creme. Smells wonderful and you can use it on your body as well. You also circumvent the TSA's 3-1-1 rule, so you can bring it in your carry-on bag.

I have always liked this brand.

Van Der Hagen shave soap is great for men. Nice lather. Recommend. Hard to find in stores though.

Delivery process is a joke. Three deliveries for 4 bars of soap. This was separate from other items each (2) also delivered separately. And you could not cancel what was not delivered until all of my order was received. It was very hard to get in touch with a live customer service person. Once I did reach a live person I was told all remaining order would be delivered the following day. Which it was not. I guess I could not understood her version of English.

Picture of the product shows 4 shave soap bars- so i thought I was getting 4 but you only get one bar of shave soap - very misleading

I used it but my beard continues to grow all the time
