What was shipped was not the item shown. I ordered 'deluxe' shave soap as shown in the product picture on the website, What was delivered was 'unscented anti-allergent' - NOT THE SAME! I want the CORRECT item shopped immeduately!! I want a living human associate to contact me, not some 'bot response.

I received in the brown box Van Der Hagen Deluxe Shave Soap With Aloe Vera %26 Shea Butter. I can buy the brown box locally and not have to order. I ordered because I wanted the Green Box. This is what we use. May be exactly the same thing as in the green box but that is misleading. Anyway, we will try it. Hopefully it will work without any skin rashes. The first pic shows the green box that we use; brown box is what I received today. The second picture shows what we ordered and what Walmart writes they shipped. Not true.

Package was supposedly arrived "delivered to my doorstep" I still don't have the package. I want my money back!
