Its been 3 weeks and I have not received it and Walmart has ignored my questions. And there is no one to contact only an automated chat that doesn't understand the words not received, just like this survey.

very very bad
I ordered this double con May 27. When I downloaded it, the song titles for disk 1 of 2 were in Chinese characters. I tried re-downloading twice change. What is going on and how can it be fixed?? Thank you, Bob Lane
