Van Ness, Cat Litter Scoop, X-Giant Long Handled, Blue

Very large. Solid. Not flimsy like the small one. Does the job!

I just received my new Van Ness Litter Scoop yesterday and it is huge! The whole scoop is 16-1/2 inches long and the handle takes up 10-1/2 inches, the scoop is 6 L + 6 W+ 2 inches deep at the back, the sifting lines are 1/4th of an inch apart so all that gets left behind is the poop and clumps. I tried it out and it only took 2 sweeps of the cat box and I was done! The plastic material is sturdy and the handle is reinforced with plastic criss-crossing on the underside. This litter scoop is definitely a keeper! (The pictures below of the scoop are taken with an extra-large cat box)

If you have a large cat box and multiple cats, this is the way to go, also, this brand is is made well and strong.

It's really big and it makes it easier to scoop the litter pan. Bigger than thought but really like it.

You can scoop up a lot of litter just with one scoop using this one! It's a pretty blue...if the colour matters to you while scooping up dirty kitty litter.

I love the long handle on this scooper. It holds a good amount of litter in each scoop so that an unpleasant job is over sooner. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the sifter slots are too wide for some of the used litter.

Might work for silica gel type litter box or non clumping litter. Not good for clump type as it can't handle the weight.
