Honeycrisp Apple Tree
I received this tree and it is dead! the bark is dried and shriveled up All the way down to the root ball! I don't know what is happening to this company but this is the second plant i have received that is dead!!! definitely requesting a refund and very seriously considering cancelling all the other orders i have placed through them!

Honeycrisp apple tree
received later than expected but i had ordered another tree that same week so i didnt mind. but when i did get the product, it was damaged. tree tip was broken. if it was just a branch i would have mind but being the main head it is often the won't grow back.` tried to get a replacement . i didnt want my money back i just wanted what i ordered not broken. also very dry from the waiting process. looks like it wont make it but i would make sure for the price you order from someone that has a money back guarantee. branch and head tip broken.
