The bulb was positively grand. It came well packaged. The bulb itself had four or five tubular's ready to sprout leaves within a few days I had leaves. The seller is one of the best I've dealt with.

Greetings fellow Hosta LOVERS! I had an area in my yard that was screaming for a nice row of hosta plants to keep the edge crisp for me. I ordered these on April 18 – they were delivered on April 21 – and I finally planted them on May 11th! YES, they were just fine when I planted them! I first filled a bucket with water and dumbed the hosta roots into the bucket to begin hydrating them. Because I have thick clay on my hill, I cut out a scoop shovel full of clay and tossed it to the side to be discarded and filled the hole with black potting soil. I then dumped enough water into the hole to make a mud slurry. I picked out a hosta root from my bucket of water and gently placed the individual plant into the slurry to allow the roots to hang and fill the space. I then placed dry potting soil gently around the plant, making sure each plant showed only the tip of the plant on the surface. I packed the soil around each plant securing them in place. BTW-I also mixed Preen into the dirt each time so weeds would not germinate where I planted my hosta plants! If you are not familiar with Preen, it is a work smarter not harder solution to gardening! By the next day, the plants had all shown significant growth! I have attached 4 pictures. 1. How they arrive in the box 2. How they look when you open each bag of plants/roots 3. The instructions that come with each bag of plants/roots 4. How they looked after I planted them If I am able, I will add more pictures as they grow and include the timelines. Since planting them 3 days ago, they have all grown significantly! Some have even opened leaves showing 4 leaves on the plant! These hosta plants are definitely what I needed to make an edge between my woods and my yard! NOTE: I have read that some people experienced less than 3 plants per package. I had a minimum of 3 plants in all 10 packages! All plants were very healthy and hearty! Plenty of great roots hanging off of each plant! I expect all of my plants to thrive! ENJOY!

We planted these last week, today, less than 7 days later, they are poking above the ground in the shady bed in front of the house. So far, very happy.

I ordered a box of three, delivered no problem. Once opened i found a small bundle and I thought only one root was delivered since the bundle was small. Realized three roots were tightly bound and mashed together by rubber band. One roots health I would rate at 3/10, don't know if it would have grown but may have stood a chance. The other two were tiny, brown, dried up and appeared to have a dead bulb. The replacement box proved to be drastically different, bigger, greener and healthier, I think and hope they will develop, should know in about a month.

No bulbs came up so not sure what to think.

my package was not delivered to my door like instructions . im disabled so i cant get it Fedex the customer service ever.

Three roots came as promised. only one came up. definitely would not recommend this.
