it could have a little more cushion but i dont mind dressing it up with extra pillows. its size is perfect for small rooms. really like this piece. was quite surprised id like it this much seeing as i had to assemble it myself.

I AM MISSING 2 CUSIONS I HAD LET THE SELLER KNOW I AM MISSING 2 CUSIONS ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND STILL NO REPLY WHAT A WAST OF $300 THE COUCH IS PLACED TO THE SIDE NOT BENIGN USED I FEEL LIKE SELLER HAS RIPPED ME OFF BECAUSE NO RESPONSE NO RESPONSE FROM WALMART THESE 2 DONT CARE IF OUR FEELING ARE HIRT OH WELL THEY HAVE MANY MORE CUSTOMERS I AM SURE WE DONT MATTER IF WE ARE STILL SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR WE DEPENDES ON THIS COUCH FOR OUR SMALL APARTMENT AND STILL SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR WELL THANKS HAPPY STORE YOU DONT XARE AS LONG AS YOU HAVE MY MONEY IN YOUR POCKET RIGHT WHO CARES IF 2 ELSER PEOPLE SLEEP ON THE HARD COLD FLOOR RIGHT YHANKS FOR NOT AENDING US THE 2 BIGGEST CUSIONS NEEDA FOR THE COUCH TO ACTUALLY FUNCTION RIGHT OK THEN I HOPE YOU ALL GET NIGHTMARES OF 2 OLD PEOPLE SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR

It was pretty easy to assemble. Didn't really need anything other than the tools it already came with. It took about 4ish hours with breaks in between and wasn't hard at all. You definitely get what you pay for but I was surprised at the quality. -1 star because the back cushions suck and you mostly feel the hardness of the backrest but you can easily replace those. The cushion/seat parts are really firm and comfortable. Also the bottom part that you pull out to make it a bed is a little janky. Other than that, for a 20 something year old girl to build by herself, it's great. Fits great in my studio apartment. Also be careful and don't smack your face with the long part of the couch where the storage is because it does bounce open.

The couch was difficult to put together and it came ripped. The box was damaged upon arrival and unfortunately, the piece that had the rip was one of the last ones to be put together and my son didn't notice until he was nearly done. It is not a thick as the image would demonstrate. It is fine for my son's college home, but if I had to do it again , I would spend a little more to purchase something a bit sturdier.

However, the look of the couch is nice putting it together took me two days lots of AllenWrenches, my hands were swollen. The inner fabric ripped several times while screwing in screws. fabric tears from pulling the bed out, and it falls off the track. Not a good sturdy piece of furniture for every day use. However, would be good for maybe a guestroom cushions are very thin. I have only had mine for about a month now in the back cushions are ruined from my 30 pound dog laying on them looking out the window. I guess you get what you pay for.

The product is extremely inefficient and hard to assemble and also gets stuck whenever we try to pull out. The cushion material is not great and got degraded within 1 month of usage. The suturing was also of cheap quality. Not worth the money.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Fell apart within 2 months. Assembly was a nightmare, and the parts that are supposed to hold up the couch are small flimsy wooden planks that not even a kid can sit on the pull out couch without it giving out. The only part i can sit on without sinking is the storage area which is held up with 3 wooden planks instead of 1. This is just for decoration, you cant sit or lay on it consistently. Appearance is cheap. Metal rods are coming out from under the couch. I paid Almost 400 dollars for a couch that I cant use. Then I tried to file a claim online since I purchased a protection plan from walmart, but it would not allow me to since it had been "to soon" and was told to contact manufacturer. After many ignored emails from this company, happy tao, I had to call allstate for a representative on the phone to file a claim for me. This has been such a headache. Stay away from this seller at all costs. Looking for a reimbursement because it is not an issue of wear and tear, it was manufactured terribly to scam people with photos.

The assembly was very tough. Not enough instructions and tools to put together parts. The parts do not join as illustrated. Still cannot join chase with the sleeper sofa compromising stability and weight loading while seated. The sleeper does not pull out as designed. The fabric quality and entire unit is of low grade quality. Not worth the money paid. Asking for refund.

poorly made and fragile, it's tiny and definitely a safety hazard if you have small children, the spring in the part that lifts can definitely harm a little one. DO NOT BUY

i could only give one star because this comes in 2 different boxes i only received one so we cannot even put it together to see how it is all i know is after 400 dollars i don't have a couch i have never had good luck with anything that comes FedEx i can't say forsure if the falt is with FedEx or the seller but someone dropped the ball on this. Walmart said the seller would contact me but i haven't heard anything
