Directions for assembly were very straightforward, was easy to assemble. With have kids and dogs, it’s very durable. I would definitely recommend.

Two of the parts were either dirty, chipped, or defective, so I requested replacements. However, the seller informed me that they couldn’t send just the specific parts alone. Instead, they offered to send only the package that contains the defective items, out of the two total packages. Since I didn’t need the other parts and they would just take up space at home, I negotiated the price and they agreed to give me a discount.

This couch is like sitting on a waiting room couch. Extremely hard. Im hoping that with enough use, we won't feel like we are sitting on a wooden box. The color is more blue than gray. I was impressed that it came in only 2 very large boxes.

I have no idea what I think about this couch because it's been about a month now and I can't get the freaking thing put together cuz there's about five bajillion parts to it literally all they did was stapled material onto pieces and everything else about it has to be put together and guess what I can't find a video to tell me how to do it sucky thank you

We haven’t even had this couch for a year and it has completely fallen apart. Setting up the couch wasn’t too terrible, it took a while but it wasn’t bad.. The storage area was nice Our living area is quite a small space so the couch actually fitting in it and not taking up a whole lot of space was nice.. Now onto the rest….. The cushions?! Hard as a rock. Impossible to break in and make any softer… sitting on this couch is insanely uncomfortable.. the plush back cushions are okay, but the rest of the couch is just so uncomfortable.. The actual couch itself started falling apart a few months after we got it. The piece you pull out to make a “bed” constantly falls out of the tracks when you’re sitting on it, so you’ll be trying to relax and suddenly a big *POP* and the piece pops out of the couch and you have to take the cushion off, put the piece back down and fix it, then reset it all back up. Screws are pretty much always falling out of the couch, I’ve found so many mystery screws under the couch I can’t find out where they came from… until today and the front end of the sliding out piece just… fell off? When no one was on the couch and ALL the screws holding that piece on were gone. Put them back in but now I still have a handful of screws that I can’t find where they came from.. It is the absolute worst couch I have ever owned. I cannot wait to get rid of this thing and get a new couch. We have resorted to just not touching the sliding piece because the more we tried to fix it the worse it got and the more we used it (which is completely reasonable to want to use your couch everyday?!) the more it fell apart. We now have a very uncomfortable, death trap of a couch that threatens to fall apart every-time someone sits on it. Save your money and get something else. This is definitely not worth it unless you absolutely hate your life…
